Shopify

Publish Rootscript articles into a Shopify blog through the Shopify Admin API.

Setup

  1. 1Create or use a Shopify custom app with Admin API access.
  2. 2Enter the store's .myshopify.com admin domain and access token in Rootscript.
  3. 3Choose the Shopify blog handle and author settings for published articles.
  4. 4Publish a draft from Rootscript to confirm the target blog and public URLs.

Notes

  • Rootscript needs the .myshopify.com admin domain even when the storefront uses a custom domain.
  • Cluster labels are synced through Shopify article tags and metafields.
  • For automated sitemap submission, expose /blog.xml from the storefront domain or edge layer.
